We pack within 1–2 business days and standard delivery in the contiguous US takes 5–8 business days. Shipping is free.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Will I get tracking?
Yes, by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Choosing the right product

How do I pick a size?
Every product page has a measurement chart. Measure with a soft tape rather than guessing — sizing is the single most common cause of a return.

Which product is right for my problem?
Email us and describe what you feel and when. We would rather point you to the $34 item that fits your situation than sell you the $129 one that does not.

Can I use more than one at a time?
Usually yes. Start with one, give it a week, then add.
