Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our United States fulfillment partner.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times and cost

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has been more than 3 business days since your order and you have not received tracking, email us — something went wrong and we want to fix it.

Damaged or incorrect on arrival

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost. You will not be asked to ship the damaged item back.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address only before the parcel ships. Contact us straight away and we will do our best.
